Default Article on horsepower ratings.

The author's got some pretty good points, but I'm not sure if I totally agree. What do you guys think?

She fails to realize that most of the modern engines have a high redline. Using the peak power ratings is usually meaningful because the in most case, the engine with higher peak hp will have a higher hp at lower rpm ranges, than a car the lower peak hp rating
