a friend of mine gave me a grant leather steering wheel , im not sure if its brown or maroon color i tried to clean it with a little 409 but it leaves it sticky ,
any suggestion on any good cleaners ?

Try some of this. I used it on my leather seats in my old 4dr civic. It cleans and conditions the surface real nice. Smells good too.  409 is too abrasive for leather...
