Hey danomatic, looks like it's going pretty smooth, loving the looks of it! I have a question for you, since you seem to be in the know. I just bought a rear disc conversion off of a 95 integra (at least that's what I was told) but it's all pretty rusty (trailing arms, discs, calipers, etc.) and I was just wondering how you can tell if you need to rebuild or replace your calipers? Send me a PM if you can help me out, thanks a lot, sorry to jack your thread...

I'd rather have someone stumble across this thread and get all the info they need here instead of searching for hours for one stupid answer. So, to check the caliper: Remove the two bolts in back of the caliper to remove the caliper from the caliper bracket. See that the two bracket rods (part of the caliper bracket) are lubricated. (pull and let go) They almost always dry. Lube them. Remove the pads from the caliper. If the dust boot that goes from the caliper's piston to the caliper itself is still intact, without cracks, then the caliper is probably okay. I'm going to upload a video of a quick "how-to" Check back in about 10 minutes.

and if the little rubber dust cover is broken...well the replacement procedure will definitly remind you of trying to put a certain rubber product on for the first time ever...in the dark....without ever seeing it before:))) It's just a metaphore, but it took me friggin 40 minutes to figure it out...
