Default T-Belt kits?

I have a 97 civic 4dr EX w/ AC. It has 160k miles and the original timing belt....[:-]

I have changed the timing belt on my VW TDI a couple times and I am used to buying a "kit" with all parts, belts, etc needed for the group. I am having a little trouble sourcing that type of kit for my civic. The closest I have gotten is the kit from prostreetonline for $125 which includes:
- Timing belt
- Tensioner pulley
- Tensioner spring
- Water Pump

What about the accessory belts and spark plugs? I would think those should be changed too.

By reading some of the howto's, it also sounds like I need a pulley holding tool for the crankshaft which is about $45 anda big-a$$ breaker bar.

Any more pointers would be great!
