I think stock is 7psi or atleast that what my boost gauge always read before i added the boost controller. 

Sometimes i would see 8 PSI on some colder nights so it can depend on condition of the car and the wastegate.

Well from what I have been told the stock gauge is not to accurate but I dont know. Flip could you answer one simple question for me because I dont feel like researching. What is the flange style on the turbo?

inlet flange is just a square with a hole at every corner, i think its like 3"x3", and exhaust outlet is a triangular flange

The manifold your using, is it for say a t3/t4, 16g, or what?
