Product: Progress Rear Sway & Tie Bar Combo
Distributor: http://www.corsportusa.com/
Vehicle: 2005 Civic EX SE
Cost: $175.00 w/ free shipping
Installation: Pretty easy, 6 bolts and 2 nuts

Installation Time: Just over an hour and a half. Could have been a lot less but I had some problems getting the nuts of my endlinks to remove the stock sway bar. Also it could have been a lot longer if my lower control arm bolts weren't so easy to take out.

Review: I could not believe the difference in the overall size of the Progress sway bar versus the stock one! It's over 2x bigger/thicker than the stock one! I can really feel the difference it has made in the way the rear end of the car handles now. Its really tightened up the rear of the car and made it that much more enjoyable to take through the corners, I am pleased with how easy it was to install, how well the instrutions were laid out, and how much beefier the hardware is compared to the stock hardware. Two thumbs up!

The kid is a newbie and still is able to write a review perfectly! Anyways, how did you find those guys? Did you take pictures of the install?

Well not exactly a newbie;) I am 31 and been on many forums just new to the import and Honda arena but I learn fast. lol Helps a lot that I work on computers all day everyday too. hee hee

I discovered Progress by crusing some sites and looking at other peoples rides. I found the parts on http://www.corsportusa.com/ and thought it looked like a solid way of upgrading both items without purchasing lower strut ties and and a sway bar seperately. So far I am very pleased.

Good stuff, how much better do you feel about taking corners at a high speed, how much is the difference?

My 05 EX was pretty nice in the coners to begin with. However now I feel great about it. Like I said once I get the front end tightened up I think I am in for a real treat. Right now its more of a limitation in my mind and experience with the new ride of how far I think I can push it versus a limitation on the car itself. My Rear upper strut bar should be here tomorrow and my front upper should be here in a week or so I hope.

TK - Kids have  a way of sapping the fundage don't they. I know that all too well, mine just turned 5 last sunday. Although I am presently working 3 jobs so that I have a little play money for such projects. :-)

95Civic - I have been a Server Engineer/Systems Administrator for over 12 years now, its what I love and went to school for so I can't complain.
