Here's how it went down;
I'm gettin outta school and I see a yellow volkswagon just punch it away from a stop sign. I thought'hmm... eh what the heck'. I sold my civic a while back and i got a '96 thunderbird (4.6)and so far im in the process of gutting it out, cone filter, and 2 outta 5 mufflers have been sawzalled. anyways..we played a little cat-n-mouse for2or so stop lights(i found out then it was turbod...dang). then we got an opening, he pulled on me rightaway and had mechasing by abouta car then i finallygot up to his door handle, and a corner (bout 30degree)came up i braked pretty hard[:'(], he handled it, i caught back up, then it got to a single lane road, i braked, he roasted me and stayed far ahead. We pulledover later and he saidhe got it for$16 n a half, i could hear thebov,and he got it dynod at 207whp. Thinkin i got a 3700lb car and around 172whp:D,the ole chickendid pretty good.Those Rabbits are nice cars and they're pretty light too. Not much of a victorious race, but it was fun

I don't think they made a Rabbit in '03? Maybe it was a Golf GTI?

its the special edition golf gti "rabbit" it came with the 1.8t, special recaro seats, 6 spd trans, and a better exhaust for about 10 more hp than a stock gti.
