not much.  Think about it.. you're putting a stock engine into your car.  Honda makes some pretty fuel-efficient cars, so pretty much any engine you get will still get you decent fuel economy.

ok thanks, thats what i thought, but my friend was telling me i wouldn't get good gas mileage anymore

well, pick the engine you want to swap at and look at the gas mileage the car the engine came out of got.  That's pretty much the mileage you're going to get now (provided you drive slowish and don't floor the accelerator much)

ya check the milage FROM the donor car........ thats preaty much what youll get.... tho could be beter could be worse... ALL DEPENDS HOW YOU DRIVE IT!

my car got about 30-35 city/highway mix with the stock 102 hp 1.5l, about 26-27 with the 168hp b16, and about 25-27 with the 200hp b18c.
