I wouldnt botherdude to be honest. I have a D14 in my civic and I've looked into doing it many times before. Firstly, the D14 conrods are thinner than D16's so are therefore weaker. They say 7PSI wont be too hard on them, but its not likely to last very long unless you do some internal work. You are better off to just run the D14 into the ground, and build up a D16 block in the meantime. Then when the D14 dies, just swap the blocks over with a new wiring loom and ECU.Depending on the D14 you have in your car, it may only have Dual point fuel injection, unlike the D16's Multi point. Basically even tho your car has 4 injectors, number 1 and 3 are linked, and no. 2 & 4 are linked. In orderto get each injector to work independantly you need to split the signals to the ECU and do quite a bit of wiring modification. Not really worth the hassleIMO.
Alternatively, run thecar for as long as you can stand until you get bored of it. Then sell it and buy a VTI/Si model and start from there...thats my plan anyway...

dont thread jack and a good setup for you is none. Dont come in here and ask what setup you should run. Its like askin "certain people" what t shirt is best to wear that day. Go research before you blow something up
