what transmission fluid to use
 

i have a 5th gen automatic, and have noticed that some of you guys use 10W-30 oil in the transmission. Is this okay for automatics, or do I stick with transmission fluid. Also, when i change it, what type of fluid should i use

I have a manual 5th gen and I only use genuine honda trans fluid (it's just fantsy synthetic fluid)

Alright, is the fluid the same for both transmissions? And if not, what is the difference between automatic transmission fluid and what you would use on a manual. Also, my Haynes manual says i should use Dexron II automatic transmission fluid; anyone have anyobjections to using this?
