Default engine swap for 94 honda civic dx

i have a 94 honda civic dx. auto trans. i want to upgrade to a faster engine and i wanted to know what engine and tranny swap will fit into my car with the least amount of modifications. thanks

lol the honda civics from 92-95 will fit just about ANY honda engine........u can get an integra GSR, type r.......honda SI motor...........whatever u want brah.

you can get a type R motor i believe its the B18c1.......they push something like 200....just run a search on google or something and ull have more info that u kno what to do with

if you plan on going FI (forced induction, I.E, nitrous, turbo, supercharger.) then the b18c1 (GSR) is your best bet, if not, go with a B18c5 (integra type r) if you can afford it. they are around 170-180 hp for the C1, and 195-197 for the C5. if you dont have 3-5k to spend, then look into a B16a2. it has around 160-168 hp, and for around 2k, its a great deal, and has a ton of potential.
