Default Plans for the 99 Civic... Opinions?

I have owned my car for about 1 year. It is a 1999 Civic Ex SOHC Coupe w/ 137k miles on it. Not interested in swapping the engine or F/I. Just trying to beable tobeat a stock SI and maybe keep up with a GSR. What I have done(performance) right now is:
Ebay CAI
DC 4-2-1 Ceramic Headers
Skunk2 Single Bend Short Shifter w/ Skunk2 Shift Knob

A buddy of mine (who is an absolute genius when it comes to cars), recommends in addition to what I have:
Comp Cams Stage 1 Camshaft
Skunk2 Cam Gear
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Skunk2 Throttle Body (68mm, 65mm? unsure of size to get)
330cc Fuel Injectors (unsure of brand to buy)
Fuel Pressure Regulator (again... unsure of brand to buy)
......Possibly a Fuel Rail.... (i dont think they help much, just look better than stock)
Maybe a Thermal R&D, RS-R, or Apexi- WS exhaust, whichever is quietest..... maybe.....
When my clutch goes, I was thinking about upgrading to a Stage 1 (unsure of what brand to buy)

Any opinions on what brand names I should look for? Anything I'm over looking? I do understand that you get what you pay for.

I appreciate any/all responses!!!! Thanks!
