Yeah...I want to get some dc sports headers but don't know what to get if the 4-1 or the 4-2-1 both are carb approved. I don't know which to pick out????? I don't want my car to get to LOUD. So what is the best one here people. Thanks for your time. Here are some PIX

I have a 4-1 on my 97 civic. I like it, power band just like it says. About stock from idol up to 4k then it will start to pick up. I had an ebay 4-2-1 that the previous owner had installed and I think this is a good improvement. A header will not make your car any louder, it might make it a bit deeper though. You just have to pick where you want your power to be made. 4-2-1 for low to mid power and 4-1 for mid to high power.

I have installed on my car a magnaflow street series muffler with a high flow cat (magnaflow) resonator still installed with 2' inch stock piping. I didn't go the standard 2' 1/4. It would be a waste money a 1/4 wouldn't make a difference plus all the extra money I would waste...
So the 4-1 would give me more power or which one would make my car take off quicker. Installing headers my sound would definitely change

It's not gonna make that much of a difference in sound.

... well does the 4-1 sits lower than the 4-2-1. My car is lowered just a bit. But the the 4-1 looks sicker
