I have just swaped a new motor into my EDM '91 civic. it's now a D16A9, But im only using the 1.4 dual carb gearbox (from a D14A). It's very quick up to 100-ish but stops at 115mph and wont go any faster?  Is it the ECU or the 'box?? One of my friends told me the PM7 ECU that i have is restricted,is this true??
