Transmission - 4/15/2005 4:16:00 PM    jjschenk   Posts: 3 Joined: 4/15/2005 Status: offline I have a 1993 Honda Civic Ex with a 1996 D-series engine. My automatic transmission just went out, and I need to find a salvaged transmission soon. Does anyone know for a fact what type of auto trans I need to be looking for? My trans computer is the same year as the car (1993), and I was told that the trans needs to match up with the computer. What automatic transmission (year?) would be compatible with a 1996 D-series engine and a 1993 computer??? I would greatly appreciate anyone's help! Thanks! Post #: 1
