Default Civic injector type difference?

Hello guys,

Hopefully someone out there can give me a definite answer on this. I’m just in the middle of dropping a B16B Type R engine into my EG6.
Does anyone no if the injectors are the same for a B16A2 engine and a B16B engine. The only noticeable difference I can see are the injector plugs. The B16A2injector has OBD 1 type of plug and the B16B has a OBD 2 type of plug. Just wondering if both are the exact same other than the plug type. From research on this forum I see both engines have 240cc fully saturated injectors.
Planning to run the B16A2 injectors on the B16B engine due to wiring issues. I’d just like to confirm if there are any sneaky differences or restrictions I should be aware off.
Many thanks.
