What kind of strut bars do you have? Do you not know where they go or the procedure?

The ones I got off ebay screw to tighten or loosen to fit right.

That rear one you got to cut a hole in the carpet where your struts are. Make sure you know precisely where they are befor you cut the carpet. Then just take off the 2 smaller nuts on the top not the big one. slide in the bar and tighten real tight.

For the front the same procedure except there is no carpet to cut. Screw off the smaller 2 nuts, loosen or tighten the bar (if need be or it's that style) to fit on. Once screwd tightly on screw the bar around as tight as possibleif loose at all.

If you need more help pm me.

The installation is very simple. Here is a DIY that was done on the forum.

Are you asking for instructions on the lower strut bars (tie rods)?

Or are you asking if they can go on your car, in addition to instructions for upper strut bars?

I think since you have them you should put them on. I don't think you will have problems being lowered 2 inches, but i'm not entirely sure. They're not completely necessary - you don't need them, but they will improve your handling, and since you have them you should go for it. I don't know how to install the lower ones though,I don't have any... yet.

Good post, I find it informative...I dont want to sound too stupid here, but how do these bars compare to anti-roll bars, or anti sway bars ? Because I thought they went on the underneath of the car, but these things pictured go in the engine bay, and the trunk...How would anti-roll /anti-sway bars compare with strut bars in the difference in handling ? Thanks !
