Default Headunit install

Hey, i just ordered a Panasonic MXE CQ8200U headunit, and it should get here within the next week. 50x4 peak, 5volt preouts...etc. I ordered it off ebay, and it doesnt show the exact dimensions, so i was wondering if i would need a mounting bracket thing for my 1999 civic ex. It would be awesome if i could figure out if i need one before i get it so i can install it when i get it right away. Thanks again!

peace, Evan

You might have some trouble with the pocket under the radio... since the pocket is connected to teh radio in the first place

You can make it fit but it will take a little work and alot more work to get the pocket to sit and stay right. Other wise you could use Metra part # 99-7896 I belive. DOuble check that before you buy it though. The harness should be 70-1721.
