Default Short Shifter Install

I have a 2000 Civic Si and just bought a short shifter for it......I was wondering if anyone could explain how to install it. I have never done it before and not positive on how to so want to mess it up.

its not difficult, in this forum scroll down to b&m short shifter by cnote, we answered this there about one week ago,

Just make sure you install a solid steel shifter because the aluminum shifters can snap off.
