Default 94 Honda Civic DX Coupe Engine Swap (Manual Tranny)

So I won't say I know alot about engines because I really don't. I'm still learning, and I have been searching for the longest time on what would be the best motor to swap into my 94 Honda Civic Coupe (LHD). I don't have power steering so obviously I'm not worried about losing that, however, I live in Louisiana and it is too damn hot down here to lose my A/C. So I'm looking for the motor that will give me the most HP and Torque that will fit in my bay without having to do much cutting, banging, or modifying. I also plan on puting a turbo, and possibly spray later on. Also will be swaping the tranny out with the swap for a performance tranny with a stage 3 clutch and lightweight flywheel. Suggestions on the best engine, turbo, and tranny would be greatly appreciated. Oh and money is no object as of right now. I may not be rich, but I can get the money. So please just go all out with this, thanks.

B16a swap with forged pistons rings rods arp head studs build your own turbo kit with a t3/t4 turbo for boost and manage it all with honadata s300. Thats just my suggestion for a very broad question.
