Default RE: throttle body ?? intake manifold ???

The throttle body bolts to your intake manifold. If you plan to replace the manifold, i'd recomend also swaping the tb. If dont want to replace both at once, go with the tb first.

are you replacing it for normal wear and tear, or for a performance upgrade??

My friend (with a mustang though...) replaced his with a hi-flow throttle body and got about 15 hp, I dont know if they offer them for civics?

it goes... intake(or airbox[:'(])-->throttlebody-->intake manifold-->to your engine-->exhaust manifold(header)-->exhaust.
