Default Short Shift Adaptor or Short Throw Shifter

Want to shorten the throw, but I came across two different types. A short shift adaptor and the short shift lever. Is one of these better than the other? Can you use both? Is there any advantage to using both?

I like the actual short shift lever rather than the adapter becaust in most cases the leve will give you a shorter throw than the adapter.

maybe i'm wrong, but i thought the S.T. adapter was something you needed in order to attach the s.t. shifter.

you dont need the adapter for the shifter.. pick either. its best to get a new shifter because ure stock one isnt going to handle too much abuse and will break fairly quik if u are racing. make sure its steel and none of that alluminum ****.
