i think the right vent needs a little work adn i know teh rear wheel is supposed to be deep but i think it looks a little funky

I think that is a good start on the FB...I like the concept, though I think the middle portion should still be tied together, maybe not flush to the bottom of those inner "hoops" but offset it up like a couple inches perspectively. That make sense?

I noticed that the front bumper has some lines through it on the body work. Also, It seemed like your left vent is slightly curved to flow iwth the lines more and it seems like the right doesnt flow as well

looks really nice steve, really minor things to fix. keep it up, can't wait to see the finished product

the bumper is a product of about half hour of brushing i said it needs work thats just the general design haha its not near finished haha, and i see what you mean on that left vent Greddy, rice i dont' understand what your saying, and thanks socal haha

ok well heres another update, slowly tryin to trim up this bumper a bit, what do you guys think of the vent idea? i'd do it on both sides but im not sure if somthin like that would suit the car, and i know the 'slices' aren't all the same size that was just a quick sketch..

Yeah steve I think a vent like that in the hood would fit quite nicely, as long as you make it follow the line of the hood instead of straight like it is now. Still seems like the bumper needs some refining on the d/s...with it coming around like that you should see an inside edge to the opening on the far right side. Coming along nicely though.

but first page is a new update, tryed a quick side vent, fixed up the light covers, tryed messing with the grill no ideas tho what to do to it.. fixed up that edge luke was talkin bout.. i dunno any ideas of what to add would be sweet!

but here's what I'd suggest...instead of headlight covers it would look mean with eyelids that match the hood line. Stick with your original hood vent idea, then maybe a wide low profile roof scoop/vent/whatever the hell its called.

well i am really not a fan of roof scoops, but i might give it a try.. i'll see what they covers look like just eyelids too i suppose i never tryed that haha im diggin the covers tho.. and i guess i could try that hood now, im not goin to school this aft either.. so i got 4 hours till stupid work.. haha

any suggestions on what i should try for the grill? im thinin that would be just too much mesh if i went mesh, and what you think about that side vent

Yeah I'm not a big fan of roof scoops either, but I think it might look decent on that /shrug...worth a try its just another layer:D. I think the side vent looks pretty decent, could use a slightly more defined edge where the shadow hits the body though.

And I dont think the covers look bad, just thought the eyelids had a slightly different aggressive look. Maybe under the eyelids have halo projectors or something instead of the lights that were there.

Looks good...more than I can say for me...hell I havent even chopped anything since the fiat[&:] just cant get myself to do it.


**Edit: and I dunno about the grille, that would be a lot of mesh. But I do think you need a FMIC to fill the holes in that bumper

Well you want the hood grill the match the bumper vents, so I'd say if anything just some black honeycomb or mesh, because that bumper doesn't look like it should have mesh in it.

well the bumper will have a fmic when i find one and fog lights im planning

Steve this is a really nice chop, there are little things that are keeping this chop from being advanced.

i am still lookin for a fmic for the front too

and yeah i see the tooniness now from those dark black lines i'ma pixel them down a notch or two
this chops on the backburner for the moment as of today, i got 3 other comps on the go [:'(] hahaha

Socal might have pointed this out, but darken the left side of the bumper, looks too bright. Other than that, sweet brushing skillz man.

thanks yeah i noticed that too its too bright there i'll try to fix all this stuf up when i update it next, my next may be the last for this project, when i finish otherh thingys
