I had a pretty well modified turbo civic and passed emmissions the first time. If you do a basic average boost setup you should be fine.

Was that GA emmissions or FL emmissions? Were you running a piggy back or a programmed ecu? I am very interested in doing the turbo setup but can't afford not to pass emmissions. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Yes, there's a "Replacement for Displacement". Its called Volumetric Efficiency.

It was in Florida, which has no Emmissions now, haha

It was a programmable ECU and I suprisingly passed the first time, I thought I would fail. If its a basic setup then you should have no problem.
