I'm still new and researching what gen. of honda to buy, but I was thinking about a 99 civic si b/c it already has a b16a2. So the question is
: Should I get the 99 si and boost the b16a2 or should I get a little older of a honda and put like a h22 in it?

Btw: Does the h22s weight put a significant dent in mpg or handling?
