i would go with the replacement vehicle. but if you want to keep the car then you can probably try these. i've recently tried to get the smell out of my dads 04 camry and he was a heavy smoker and smoked in it since he owned the car in 04. what i did was got a professional interior detail for about $150. then i use the baking soda on carpet and vacum the next day. i also used the vineger in a bowl and leave it in the car. i also use the odor eliminator spray and now i left a odor eliminator cucumber melon gel fragrance in the car to finish it up. now it it a lot better. maybe just a minor smell of cigarette smell. its been 2 days since i checked the smell of the car with the fragrance in there but i'm thinkng that the smell should be out. also, fabreeze may work for minor smoke smell but they would cover up the smell instead.

Another thing that hasn't been mentioned in this thread that the cigarette smell can be stuck on yoru duct work too, it happened to my friends Tahoe, he let his brother borrow it and his wife smokes all the time and everytime he turned on the heat cigarette smell came out.

Heyy, uhm the person in my car smoked and all i did was get some air fresheners, and left the windows and doors down in the garage over night. Smells fine now man, thanks XxDrummerxX
