Default Engine Swap Tran. match

I am getting an 89 CRX Si and need to know if the original tranny will work with a new B16a SiR2 engine and if not what tran. to buy.

no, d series tranny plus b series motor = no. buy the stock b16 tranny, it is ur cheapest bet

and youre better off with the cheaper and easier to swap into you car, SIR1.
