Out and about with my cousin in the car a month ago or so (before I rebuilt my b18c5) and got stopped at a light next to a new (2004-2005) dodge hemi. The guy was with his girl friend and for giggles, he started revving his engine. He had flow masters on it and the dang thing made me go deaf. From revving his engine, the truck was a rockin, back and forth. I thought to myself..."this is it, time to get stomped by a hemi." Long story short, light turned green and he responded a 1/2 of a car length before me. He was pullin on me until good ol' VTEC decided to kick in. By the time i got to 60 ( I only race up to the speed limit) my back bumper was lined up with his front bumper. Not too shabby for a 4 banger on rice (93 octane rice to be exact.)

No doubt, the best octane we get in our town here (a 600 person town with 1 gas station) is 89.5 Octane with 10% ethenol.......its really actually kinda pathetic, but oh well.....

A Hemi what? Chrysler puts Hemis in a TON of different vehicles. And there's a big difference between a Hemi Crossfire and a Hemi Ram. I'm guessing Hemi Ram.

I beat a dodge ram hemi with my mommys accord 3.0 v6 vtec 220 hp beast. It was on a rolling start and to their benfit there truck was loading to the brim with teenagers. The driver is my friend and we were messing around after a school event.

when it comes to a truck, it's mostly the torque that they use to haul things, not for speed. i was drivin home from school 1 day, and who did i see beside me?! my dad! he revved as a joke cuz he knows i used to race, and i beat his 04 F150, i found it funny cuz his thing can haul like 3 tons worth of trailers. hook that up to my civic and i wont move 2 inches

well..like u said..its all torque

i think im gunna get maybe a small feul cell and fill it with 93 octane and b able to switch it from inside my car (i know its been done b4) so when some b*tch in a V6 camaro pulls up with his girlfriend snickering i can change the feul to get a little extra punch

is ur B18 un-modded?

Actually "your mommy's accord" is 240 horspower and does 0-60 in the low 6's where the hemi is in the high 6's so you'd win in the accord either way.

sorry to burst your bubble, but low 6's in a stock accord... um, not gonna happen. Try mid-hi 7's at best.

Your not "burstin" anything. Different specs on the net I've seen are 6.3 and 6.8 on the v-6 Accord. Have you ever driven one? My buddy just got a Dodge Magnum R/T and I've been in the accord and been lined up with his back bumper once I hit 55-60 off a light. In case you didn't know the R/T does 0-60 in 6.1 So ok the accord is in the mid 6's. But high 7's? I can do that in my Civic.
