Default RE: QUESTION

I don't know what are your laws where you live...Here in California the only headers that will pass emission are DC Sports Headers ( CARB Exempt)...But I heard Megan are good where they don't required the CARB Stamp on the Headers. A lot of people are Happy with Megan...Obiously I had no choice than to get some DC Sports

Most of the name brand header's are carb legal. I believe Hedman and megan are some of the exceptions. Make sure to check for the stamp.

Megan isn't an exception because it isn't name brand. When it comes down to it all Megan is, is just ebay crap with Megan's name welded on it.

Depending on which trim level your car is adding a header may or may not effect your emissions, some will make you remove your stock catalytic converter and some will not but with a little more work you can keep the converter and probably stay legal unless you live in Cali. then you have no choice but to go with DC Sports.

Hedman's Chikara headers are 50-state legal... not sure about their tork-step headers

Default RE: QUESTION

if you go with DC, make sure you don't accidently get race headers... those are not CARB legal. oh, and for those that don't know what CARB is but see the word being thrown around, it stands for California Air Resources Board, hence it doesn't apply to anywhere but California
