Sigh....this has been covered time and time again.  i srsly dont even want to get into it.  800$ for a complete turbo kit? do research on a greddy turbo kit or some other respectable name and find the price. then tell me what you think.  Sure SovXietday might that the first d16 to run 10's or some bull like that is runnin an ebay turbo, but hes lucky.  Most of the stuff is garbage.  /story

please chill with the caps, its kinda hard to read. What you should do to your car depends on the money you have to spend, and your goals of how much HP your looking for. Google turbo kits for your car, i know there is a greddy turbo kit that runs about $3500.

The only thing on eBay you should be looking into, is Phonics.

harsh.   i've heard great stories about ebay turbo kits and i've heard horror stories from ebay turbo kits (more-so horror stories).  the kits that they have on there are worth crap, they throw pieces together with such crappy parts in such a hurry that usually they will crap out on you within 6 months to a year.   just about everything but the turbo can be used but you won't get the kind of HP numbers that you would get from a quality company (greddy, turbonetics, hks, eddelbrock, etc).  i have a friend that had an ebay kit on his CRX running 8lbs on a pretty large turbo pushing 230whp for about 3 years and never had a problem, and i also have a friend who bought an aftermarket turbo on ebay for his WRX and it died in 3 months... so it's luck of the draw on ebay.  check out:
turbokits.com
turbocharges.com
slowboyracing.com
horsepowerfreaks.com
and there are several others.  personally i think that the turbonetics kits are the best bang for the buck... but that's just me, good luck.

for ebay with turbo kits, i would trust piping/T-bolt clamps, intercoolers, and then you can get vacuum manifolds off their for cheap. You might be able to find a nice used turbo on there, but they're not the $80 buy it now shiny pieces of chit. A nice cast manifold, a Garret or possibly DSM turbo, and some DSM injectors can be had off ebay if you know where to look, usually from a private seller. Manifolds can crack, turbos can blow, blow off valves are iffy, basically everything off eBay is a risk.

But on the other hand your 02 civic isn't hte easiest thing around to turbocharge, but a 7th gen turbo kit from www.dezod.com can simplify it.
