Default Just wondering

I'm new here and to the civic world and am wondering how you can tell what engine you have in your car? Mine has a swap out of another 91 Hatch. It was like this when I bought it and have no clue what engine it is. All I know is its a 1.5L 16 valve. Also what are some things I can do to pep this car up I would like to get into the 16's with this car. I've heard of swaping ECU's and such. Enlightin me guys, lol.

It should be stamped on the block. Most likely if your standing in front of your car, look down the left side front of the block and there will be a flat rectangle with your engine's tag stamped on it.

As for getting your car a lil quick, Header, Cat Back Exaust, and a good CAI are always a good start!
