I havea d16y7 turbo.When i over rev it at 3000rpm it releases pressure automatically through the blow of valve. after i reach 3000rpm the car keeps jerking and releasing pressure. i tried changing the boost withthe boost controller, but it does not go over than 8psi. Is it because the ecu is programmed to run a 8psi?Somebody please help

Could be a weak BOV spring... or something related.

what bov are you running. i know on some you have to change out the spring

Mine did the same when it had a crap seal. Check your welds and gasket.
