I finally got the JRSC installed and running right on my 1991 Civic SI until the other day.  When driving home from work I noticed  I could not hear the charger at low RPMS.  When I get in the upper range I can hear the charger however it doesn't have the pull that it use to.  The car runs as if the charger is not there.  I called Moss Motors who suggested that I may have a vaccum leak.  I sprayed WD40 near the intake and no change in idle.  All the hoses are new so I don't think they are to blame.  Anyone have any ideas?  I'm really concerned that I can't hear the whine of the charger anymore...  Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Do you have a boost gauge?  What are you using for engine management?  Are the belts tight?

Sounds like you have loose belts.

No boost gauage but the belts seem tight.  I have a gauage but have not had the opprotinuity to install it.  The car is stock aside from header, MSD, Flowmaster cat back, KN&N Air filter and RC injectors.  I have a Welboro fuel pump but haven't installed that either.  No engine management.

The sound comes from the two rotors spinning, so you're looking at slipping belts or something along those lines being messed up.
