what tranny options do i ahve that will bolt up to a b20b and will this engine fit with my stock mounts in my 97 dx coupe

No you need B-series mounts,axles etc.. Best trans would be the GSR trans. The B16 trans is geared too short and will have you revving way too high on the highway. GSR is just perfect. Stay away from the LS trans

so would the b18c swap be the most practical for a daily driver

What do you want from your engine? B18C will cost you much more then the B20B, but the B20B has more torque.

wont it be the same pice by the time i get axles mounts and the gsr tranny for the b20

haha no way. B20B long block is about $500. B18C long block is probably around $1000-$1700

id say plus 1 for the gsr tranny, depends wat ur looking for if ur planning to boost the ls is a good way to go, dont know to many ppl with the b20 tho

im going with the b20 and im just going to go to a junker and rip a b18 tranny out of some integra

as long as its hydro it will have the same gearing. 94-01 maybe
