Driving through an interesection and a old woman decided to do a double lane change right into me completely oblivious to my scretching tires and my honking my horn. After she hit me and decided to stop and get out. She said are you the person who hit me? I said no you hit me you did a double lane change which is illegal. I had the right of way. And you didn't move even after i honked. She was all confused and stupid.  I had a friend that was driving a few cars behind me and saw the whole thing. When the cop came he said that he wouldn't be a good witness because he is my friend and would say what ever i wanted him to say.  What a load of ****. If that was true then it wouldn't really have mattered weither he was in the car with me. Do you guys think its totalled. It makes a weird noise i have never heard before its not metal on the tire. Can't figure out what it is. Pulls to the right. what do you guys think?

I absolutley hate old people driving. They're bad eye sight, hard time paying attention, hearing problems, and iggnorance makes for a pretty bad martini of driving. Then they cause an accident, blame you. and then, who are they going to belive. The little old lady, or the kid with the modded Civic?

I would say try to take her to court, or talk to your insurance. She's obviously at fault, and we want that Civic to it's former glory.

The cop was an **** but he said it was probably her fault.  I wanted to get an rsx type-s but my parents are like o you need to be realistic and all the bullshit.  I might just have to go get another civic that is standard. And throw a b16 in it or something like that.
