roto, there are NO highways here with a speedlimit that low...i wouldn't be surprised if there were none there either. All here are 65 or above...that means you'd have to be doing 95 for this to even matter.

i know that law doesnt bother me! i saw this video afew days ago.... people like that should go to jail and have there rides confiscated! http://www.break.com/index/insane-motorcycle-rider-dash-cam-footage.html i dont know if they should take your ride on the first time your caught.... i think the second time would be more fair BUT im sure that can be argued.... its probably still up to the officer... REMEMBER JUST BECAUSE he radars ya doesnt mean hes gonna give ya a ticket for the full speed or maybe even at all.... id guess that 80-90% of people that get pulled over freak out and just plain act stupid! cussing at the cops and just being dam right stupid! when i get pulled over (with a car with power windows) i roll down every window all the way! dont be the guy that pisses off the cop just because he legaly has the right doesnt mean he has to! and just be nice! if im in heavy traffic road ill slow down and turn off a side road or buisness enough so the cop doesnt get hit by traffic, or highway pull over all the way. as long as you dont act like your trying to evade and just tell the cop you pulled outta the way of traffic for his protection he should apriciate it. ive gotten out of several tickets for just being nice and corgile..... they got you busted already its not a argument your gonna win.LOL why some people think they can win is funny to me! now it doesnt always work because you could have that cop that hasnt met his ticket quota for the month and is being a d**k about every little ticket! or is just in a bad mood... BUT its worth JUST BEING NICE! what ya got to lose? being an @ss is only gonna DEFINATLY get you that full price ticket!

NO NO NO NO ADDICTION. This is not about what happens if you get pulled over. This is about if these types of law are violating the amendent 8th which says that cruel and unsual punishment will not be inflicted. "In Robinson v. California (1962), the Court decided, 6-2, That a California law authorizing a 90-day jail sentence for "be[ing] addicted to the use of narcotics" violated the Eighth Amendment, as narcotics addiction "is apparently an illness", and California was attempting to punish people based on the state of this illness, rather than for any specific act." The Court wrote that though a 90-day prison sentence itself was neither cruel nor unusual in the abstract, the sentence was out of proportion to the "offense". By way of analogy, it wrote, "Even one day in prison would be a cruel and unusual punishment for the 'crime' of having a common cold." This is very true. Every one speeds in the highway and on a common day, the traffic flow is about 80-85mph in the highways. Does that mean the punishiment should be this high as in ten years in prison for something that is very common and done by almost most of the population. There are more people driving 30mph over the speed limit than there are people doing narcotics.
