Well just changed the tranny fluid again.

first time i changed it was ruffly 5-6K miles ago when i droped the motor in the car. my axle seals were leaking alittle so i replaced the seals and just toped off the fluid.

and today i just drained the fluid and replaced the stock drain bolt with a magnetic drain plug. and added new fluid.
i just put the car kinda level and used a hose to put in the 2 new cans of fluid. didnt quite all go in the tranny since thats how much poured back out of it, and then i caped the fluid.
and this is how much old fluid that drained out of it.

DOES THIS LOOK NORMAL?
dont mind alittle dirt because my cars underbody is pretty dirty so some debri fell into the buckets.

ya im just wondering if its more than usual or what not.... im not sure.

i dont know what the fluid looked like when i drained the tranny after i pulled it outta the car because i just dumped all the fluid in the same bucket... :(
hoping the magnetic drain plug will also grab any debri from the tranny...

Yea i wouldnt say it is too bad because if the fluid you had in there before was really dirty it would make the new fluid look that way also cause im sure it all didnt get drained out.

well most of the fluid was drained. when i had the drivetrain out of the car. im hoping that its just left over dirt that had settled in the tranny. i have no idea how long the car had been siting!
hell i thought it was the original tranny, douche said it was rebuilt with EX gears but when i drive the car hard the gears are really long which i heard that sounded more like DX gears and the tranny is a DX model stamped into it...  basicaly i got lied to. guess one thing ive gotten used to with this EG! only good thing is after i fix a problem i know its good.lol
