Default can anyone help with an o2 sensor p/n???

i have an o2 sensor, p/n on the part is L2H2:LZA14-H1 NTK Japan. it is a 5 wire sensor. a black, a white, and a grey wire on one row of the connector and a blue and a yellow wire on second row. it actually has a resistor in the end of the connector.

long story short, clutch exploded in my camaro last year. i run a FAST XFI system on the car, well i took out the connector on the o2, thus rendering it useless as the piece with te resistor went bye bye, along with alot of other parts. all i know is it is a factory o2 from a Civic si. i don't know what model year, but being a 5 pin i believe it is a newer model year si. my guess is late 90's or early early to mid y2k. i have a 05 civic, base engine i don't believe it is the same.

i really appreciate any help folks!!!
thanks. the replacement o2 from FAST is well over $300!!! i am trying to save a few bucks. the explosion took out alot of parts car is back together, but alas i have no functioing o2!
