How did you get 280 to 315 horsepower without a turbo and Dyno tune?  as far a clutch and flywheels go the flywheel only helps by dropping the rotating mass its the clutch that is rated with how much torque it can hold and that varies with different companies.  ACT has good clutches and flywheels you probably only need a stage 1 clutch  and if you want the lighter flywheel for a bit more horsepower and throttle response.

act clutch and act flywheels are good. They have different clutches for various setups.

B16A with Toda everything-Valvetrain, Cams and Cam gears, Metal headgasket (0.6mm) and even Toda's 1800cc Capacity up kit. C/R 11.5:1 I had one of my friends help me. We went to UTI, and yes it is possible just got to have everything setup perfect and unlimited budget. I have seen more power than that from a Honda motor.

280 fwhp? then an Exedy stage 1 should be enough. has a great pedal feel and engagement compared to the more aggressive ones. youre getting near its limits, but personally, i dont think the rough engagement is worth it for a higher rated one. and it pairs well with their 9.46# flywheel, esp on an NA motor. btw, whats the rest of the specs on that motor? which cams and what are you using for the intake manifold?

Maybe mine's defective, but my excedy stage 1 is starting to slip and it's only like 7 months old[:'(] and i'm only making around 150 of torque[&:]
