Megan Header???

Just got my Megan Racing Header about 20 minutes ago and was looking at parts and don't know what this is far. It looks as if it goes on the bottom of the header but just want to make sure before i install it.

doughnut-style gasket maybe? If it is, that goes between the header and the mid-pipe. If it doesn't seal right, i know exhaust shops sell various sizes of them.
