You can get massive amounts of horsepower by getting a biger turbo/running more PSI, but you'll have to rebuild internally eventually. THIS has some good info about ITB's, they say you need to do some other work to the engine to make the ITB's really worth it on a powerufl N/A engine. RE: ITB v.s Turbo - 4/9/2008 2:30:37 PM    reaper2022 Posts: 3088 Joined: 2/4/2007 From: Pennsylvania Status: online For the price (since turbos and ITB kits are about the same price), a turbo will get you way more power.  For a set of ITBs to really do anything, you're going to want an aggressive cam (to make use out of all that extra air) as well as the valvetrain to support it, and also a free-flowing header and exhaust.
