clutch proportioning valve? is there one
im curious ive seen one shown on ebay which has got me thinking.... i wonder if mine is bad or even missing.

one thing ive noticed is my clutch pedal is SOFT AS HELL........ im curious.... is your guys clutch pedal really soft as well? or no....

thats one thing thats always kinda bugged me was the pedal being so soft its more difficult to find the clutch sweet spot all the time...

my clutch is new exedy oem style clutch setup. been like this since i put the new motor in.
it just feels really soft and im curious if they are all this soft? or if i maybe a bad proportion valve or maybe i just need a stiffer race clutch to stiffen up the pedal alittle....

WHAT DO YOU THINK WOULD STIFFEN UP THE PEDAL ALITTLE?
this car is my daily driver and i dont want it to stiff but i want a stiffer pedal than it is now at least...
if i do ill probably buy another exedy clutch since ive used there oem replacement set and  i like it so far but the pedal just seems to soft...

Obviously, getting a clutch with more holding power will stiffen the pedal up pretty good... but then you have to worry about it being too stiff (I'm not sure if that really applies to stage I/II clutches).  And I'm not really sure how a proportioning valve would work with the clutch's hydro system.  I mean, there's only one hydro line.  I guess it would create more pressure in the line, but I'm not sure on that.

ya mine just seems WAY TO SOFT! im talking about like the pedal is verly there..... ive bleed the system several times.... i know the clutch bleeds alittle fluid from the cylinder inside the car slightly. but it builds pressure just fine and only needs alittle movement to disengage the clutch and as long as i keep the fluid toped off and not ran dry it feels consistently the same....
