In dash GPS system for Civic LX 2008?
 
I realized when purchasing my Civic LX that I don't think a GPS system was available as an option. Keep in my mind I am in canada. Can a GPS system be installed? And which unit is recommeneded?

meaning? i have whatever unit that came with my LX. basic model I guess. I haven't yet bought a GPS system.

Are you planning to buy an OE system?
Alpine gets my vote for anything aftermarket. And you can get a dash kit for it, no problem.

Hmm I am assuming so. What other choice do I have but OEM?

Yea...you can install anything in your car pretty much so long as you have the dash kit.

Pioneer gets my vote on the gps head unit....though that one is mucho expensive
