I have a 98 EX, and I was wondering about getting an indash tv.

Ive seen the center piece where the radio goes, and it had a TV screen there, and the thermostat on the left and stuff, is that for a 99+ model(s)?

Im wondering where/if I can buy the kit to have a tv put in there.

you can you just need to modify your heat ducts and relocate your heater controls down by the cupholders..... i did it in my 96 i'll see if i can find some pics

So pretty much I could go to a junk yark and pull the parts from a 99 and do it myself? Then I would need to get the dash kit for the double din screen.

I thought the heater controls would be to the left of the screen? I'm not sure though.

they do sit to the left... i made a abs panel to fit in there and put a boost and EGT gauge there....
the stock 96 heater controls will fit down by the cupholder pocket without any modification .... i have my old 96 radio bezel that i molded a double din kit into .... you can have it if you want i have no use for it now.....

this is what my modded 99 one looks like
