howdy there guys,
ok so im new the forums a bit, however i've been reading over alot of stuff for the last couple weeks. i recently bought an 03 civic coupe ex, and im loving! this past week i put an sri on it and now im looking around at mufflers. im rather picky, being that i cant stand the loud popping coffee can noise, but i love the deep humm of rather the mini cooper. now ive been told in order to really get the same sound as another car as per the muffler goes, it needs to be the same engine size. both mine and the mini are 4 cylinders, now i know that the cooper is dual exhaust, but do you think it is possible to get the same sound?? do i need to take the muffler from a cooper, or is there something i can simply do to the muffler tips to get a similar sound??? any help would be great, im totally open to suggestions or anything, thanks guys!
