So, Instead of creating a new thread for every stupid thing I do, I''m making this one so that I can just update it accordingly. In the last month or so... Lip is to be paint matched along with a type-r rear lip to match. I installed the HOP console in and the Cup holder/Coin tray. I finally got my diagnostic gauges in (Volts, Oil Pressure, A/F aka Light Show) My pretty Honda floor mats I also picked up a set of seats from a 98 Integra from traitorzxiong. Lumbar Support!!!! So, today I got around to putting the coilovers, camber kit, and KYB AGX shocks on the front finally. Also, while I had the wheels off, I screwed on the EK mud guards. That I picked up the the good ol'' junk yard last weekend. I don''t have pictures of the whole car since I''m letting the springs settle before I drop her lower. I feel a slight difference over bumps, but I attribute that to the new shocks. I was using the stock Honda shocks with a cheap lowering kit before. Here are two of the old coilovers (repainted to black, of course) The fenders that I''m fixing up look will look like these (X1 Style): I''m not going to put them on my car. I just bought them "cheap" because some guy didn''t want to do the fiberglass work to fix them. I plan to fix ''em and sell ''em. Here''s my TO-DO list for this season: - A-pillar Gauges (oil press, voltage, A/F aka light show) DONE - Skunk2 front camber kit DONE - H.O.P. Center Conosle DONE - Interior mounted antenna (I have no reception after I deleted my stock antenna, oops) DONE - Skunk2 Coilovers DONE - Replace front shocks to KYB AGXs DONE - Convert an Auto ECU to Manual then chip it DONE - Lips (Mugen front DONE, Type R rear) - MORE Anti-theft measures DONE - Skunk2 LCAs DONE - Beaks Subframe reinforcement kit GOT IT IN THE MAIL - 22mm ITR rear sway bar (and end links, bushings, collars) GOT IT IN THE MAIL - Sidemarkers GOT IN THE MAIL - Twin-loop muffler - Rear camber kit - Fender fix-up (Fiberglass X-1 style, I got them dirt cheap) - Fuel Filter - Reupholster (the padding at least) my armrest. I''m doing before and after videos of my exhausts.

Yeah, they do need to be painted already. This winter was hell on my car. The colors I'm considering are red, grey(gunmetal), and black. My car's color scheme is slowly but surely going towards black/white with misc. red which can be found in the suspension components and all the ES bushings. So... if my suspension parts are red, then I'll have to make the calipers black or grey.

o ok.... id vote black calipers than..... they look great on my 99... i painted alot of my suspension black with the caliper brush on paint... wire brushed the rotors outter lip also and painted black as well as the mounting hub and suck brackets. helps keep the rust look down... just as long as theres not rust on where the brake pads touch its great..... just a few little touches. tho i painted my spindle arm with the spray paint caliper paint and it SUCKED!!!!!!!! so when i swap on my ground controls and new struts im gonna redue them with the brush on caliper paint! only thing that spray paint stuff was good for was the rear drums!

Here's an idea for ya: instead of fixing up the fenders and selling them, how about fixing them up, shaving the vents, and putting them on your car as stock-style fiberglass fenders? They wouldn't dent, and you'd still be saving around 4lbs on the front end. and +1 on the black calipers... they're nice and subtle.

So, I picked up an Auto P28 not too long ago and I finally got around to converting it and doing something else... As you can see: -28 pin DIP socket -20 pin IC chip: 74HC373 -Jumper in position J1 -1k ohm resistor in position R54 -0.1uF capacitors in positions C51 & C52 -Datalogging pins in position CN2 -RP17 and RP18 components removed and RP18 jumped Also, removed some other Auto components IC15 & IC16 for weight reduction, j/k. Here's my pretty soldering job... And here's with the ROM in place... Why did I chip a different ECU and not my own? Because, I could not find out whether or not chipping my ECU would allow me to pass emissions or not. I'm just covering my butt.
