I had 4 falken ziex 512s, but my two fronts wore away prematurely due to bad wheel bearings in the front. I had those replaced, and I just put on 2 brand new falken ziex 912s (the discontinued 512s became the 912s). Anyways, same size, profile, everything...I had em mounted and balanced, but now my steering wheel vibrates, its insane above 60mph. Air pressure is good. Rotors and pads were replaced not to long ago either..
My questions are, what could it be? Maybe they werent balanced right? Was I suppose to have the new tires put on the back, and the backs moved to the front?
thanks guys!

sounds like a major mistake on the replacemnet of the wheel bearings. maybe try swapping fronts for rears and see if it seems to follow the tires, but im thinking they did something wrong.

when do the vibrations occur? low speeds, high speeds, constantly? does it pull to a side when going straight? does the car shake alot while at idle and/or does the motor move alot? is there play in the steering wheel, ie: turn the wheel and it dosnt react as quickly as it should?

I should of mentioned about the wheel bearings. I dont believe that is at fault, when i had the 512s on with the new bearings, it rode great. I only got new tires because tread was running low. So the only variable that has occured would be additon of 2 new front tires.
Car does not shake, nor pull to a side. Motor does not shake much. Vibration is noticeable 40-60. Then anything after 60mph my arms and hands shake too... I'm gonna have em re balance it tommorrow. Hope that solves it...

Sounds like a balancing issue. Talk to the shop that did it for you and have them fix it.

yeah, then its a tire install problem. take it back to them asap. if you wait too long, they will try to get out of the responsibility for it.

that would happen to my pathfinder until i just got it fixed. its mostly like your wheel alignment is messed up. get it fixed
