so im going to do a b16 gen 1 or gen 2 swap the gen one is 1600 dollars and the gen 2 is 2500 from a local tuning shop in calgary alberta (speedtech) and i was wondering what the diffrences where between the gen 1 and gen 2 and i will end up sleeveing the block and new pistons/heads etc before i boost it but i was just wondering what would be the best engine to go with and whats the best turbo kit for this engine thank u

The differences are 1st gen is a cable clutch obd0   2nd generation has a hydraulic clutch Obd1 and 10 more horsepower if you have a 96 ek you have a hydro so you need the 2nd generation complete swap engine, tranny, ecu, shiftlinkage, axles, maybe new motor mounts etc.  As far as turbos go research alot before you go that route.
