Are you looking for a smooth ride or are you going to be doing any kind of racing?

If your looking for a smooth ride I would go tein S-techs with tokico blues, it'll lower your car about 1.5 inches. If your struts are relatively new you will be fine putting the S-techs on.

If your looking to do any sort of racing I would stear away from S-techs and go with any of the combos mentioned above. Personally I'd go with coilovers such as the F2's which are great on em2's.
