I have a 96 Honda civic lx I gave it a compression test and it came to 90-97 and I was just wondering Ware it should be. i was thinking about adding n2o

You spell like a 3 year old.

Are you sure you did the test right?  Because if your compression is in the 90's your engine is ****ed.

sorry about the spelling i am 14  i think i did it right i pulled the plugs inserted the compression tester and turned it over until i got the highest # can you tell me what it should test out to or maybe a link thanks

You have to push the pedal down to the floor when you do it,  also take out the ecu fuse so the dizzy isn't trying to make a spark while you are cranking.  The numbers should be around 190-200 and within 10% of each other.  If you are 14 years old there is no way you are going to be able handle a car with nitrous. Do you know what torque steer is?

wow, I don't think that your doing it right, check with a tech on how to do it on your car, sometimes it varies like on mine. Oh and don't add nitrous oxide to a stock block and head unless you feel like pulling your motor out a month later and replacing pistons you blew a hole through.
